At My Perfume Secrets, we want you to find your perfect signature scent; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and gently used fragrances.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our fragrance concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Secure the Bottle

  Carefully place the perfume bottle back into its original designer packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.

• 3.
  Affix Label and Ship

  Attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
